📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company’s compliance programs
• Provide training and education to employees on labor laws and company policies
• Manage labor disputes and negotiations, including collective agreements
• Monitor and report on the company’s compliance with government regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team and HR department to drive continuous improvement in industrial relations and compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial relations and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective industrial relations strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and compliance management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
