📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of instrumentation systems, including pressure transmitters, flow meters, and temperature sensors.
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze instrumentation data using tools like Honeywell Fieldbus, Siemens SIMATIC, or similar systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance challenges and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, with a strong background in FMCG industry.
Certification in instrumentation systems, such as Honeywell Fieldbus, Siemens SIMATIC, or similar.
Proficient in using maintenance management software like SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
