📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor payables accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve payment processes and reduce costs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor junior staff on payables processes and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
