📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the sales or retail industry,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
