Max Camp Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This is an urgent opportunity to lead and manage our operations in Karawang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
