📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each role.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidate applications, including reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
