📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations, meeting all deadlines and customer requirements.
• Manage and monitor the fuel consumption and maintenance schedules of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care and transported securely.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, using our internal logistics software.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Driver SPG or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Valid driver's license for medium or large vehicles, with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with good English skills a plus.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
