📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and triage emergency patients using the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) protocol
• Provide immediate and appropriate emergency care, including emergency medications, IV therapy, and wound care
• Monitor and manage patients with critical conditions, such as cardiac arrest, stroke, and trauma
• Collaborate with the emergency department team to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care
• Document patient care and emergency procedures accurately and promptly
• Participate in emergency department drills and simulations to maintain and improve emergency care standards
• Assist in the management of emergency department workflow and patient flow
• Stay updated on the latest emergency care guidelines and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency nursing or critical care
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred
• Proficiency in using emergency department software, such as Epic or Cerner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
