📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and execution of experiential design projects, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and immersive brand experiences.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Oversee the creation of interactive installations, augmented reality experiences, and hybrid spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Experiential Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in experiential design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proven experience working with augmented reality and virtual reality technologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful experiential design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
