Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor the management team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and achieving measurable results.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
