CIRCUIT Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate training programs and provide feedback to improve their effectiveness.,Assess employee performance and provide training recommendations to address skill gaps.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support to new hires in their onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes as needed.
