PT Kreasi Pancaran is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest records.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and lobby.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.,Monitor front desk activities to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.,Train and supervise junior front desk staff to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
