Max Smart Group is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.,Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil, and software engineers, to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems with other components of the project.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the design and development process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.,Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.,Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to travel and work in international settings.
