PT Cempaka Anggrek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 19.000.000 to Rp 29.000.000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Manage a team of restaurant staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and operations.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences, as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
