📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel for training and development purposes.
