📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Handle customer service and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Monitor and report on sales performance and operational metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
