📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using our advanced inventory management systems.
• Ensure all orders are packed and labeled correctly for shipping.
• Work with our automated picking solutions to streamline the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly order targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking and packing in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
