Crystal Up Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.,Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage recipes to offer innovative and exciting options to guests.,Work collaboratively with the restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a professional setting.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Valid food handling and serving certificate.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
