PT Teratai Terang is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and cash flow.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
