ARENA Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
