📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and culture.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
