CV Melati Cendana is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate payment to employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Assist in the preparation of financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
