📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and meets all safety and compliance requirements.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards and policies are followed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
