In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Manage and maintain customer relationships.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions.,Assist in the training of new sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
