📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure our sales strategy remains effective and innovative.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and commercial management, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
