ST Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building & Facilities Officer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the building and facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of building and facilities management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all building and facilities.,Manage and maintain all building systems and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.,Manage and mentor junior staff in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.,Proven experience in managing building and facilities in a high-rise or commercial setting.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
