📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical processes, enhance patient outcomes, and optimize resource utilization.,Work closely with medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and support for professional development.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the healthcare industry.,Collaborate with other departments, such as administration and finance, to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the clinical department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, with a preference for experience in a similar role or within a healthcare organization.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices in Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
