📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to assess and mitigate risks associated with clients.,Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and guidelines.,Monitoring transactions and reporting suspicious activities to prevent money laundering and fraud.,Maintaining and updating customer profiles, including risk assessments and transaction history.,Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the integrity of the financial services provided.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on KYC/CDD/EDD procedures.,Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC/CDD/EDD roles within the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with financial systems and software, such as Core Banking Solutions, is a plus.,Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry in Indonesia is preferred.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
