📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all dealings.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage cash inventory and ensure accurate records.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local banking practices is a plus.,Valid ID and banking license are required.
