📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
