As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Provide recommendations for improvements to the recruitment process.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment trends.
