📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Write and edit technical articles, whitepapers, and other content for our website and marketing materials,Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation,Review and incorporate feedback from users and customers to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience with software documentation standards and best practices,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
