📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Handle reservations and manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with table management, including setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Promote our restaurant's special events, promotions, and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ensuring the restaurant is well-stocked.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards and guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Proficient in using basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and changes in a calm and professional manner.
