📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Manage and maintain customer databases using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and campaign results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and data analytics tools.
