📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a competitive industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
