• Develop and implement enterprise-wide training programs that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with corporate clients to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions

• Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate training and development
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs
• Strong understanding of learning technologies and their applications in corporate settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in instructional design or learning and development are a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
