HR & Admin Executive - Dynamic Restaurant Group in Bali

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily HR and administrative functions across our headquarters in Denpasar and our various outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. With a salary range of Rp 8,500,000 - Rp 10,000,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing employee records, payroll processing, and administrative tasks using our in-house HRIS system. You will also handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role is perfect for someone with a background in HR or administration, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and payroll processing using our in-house HRIS system
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Oversee administrative tasks including document management and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
• Assist in the organization of company events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
