As a Librarian I, you'll work closely with teachers, students, and staff to ensure that our library resources are up-to-date, accessible, and relevant. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our digital library, including the use of online databases, e-books, and other digital resources. Your role will also involve supporting our students' academic research and ensuring that they have access to the information they need to succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the digital and academic resources of the library, including online databases, e-books, and other digital resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the digital library, including the use of new technologies and tools.
• Support students' academic research by providing access to relevant information and resources.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that library resources are aligned with the curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
• Promote the use of the library and its resources to students, teachers, and staff.
• Ensure that library resources are accessible and user-friendly, and provide training and support to users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in library science, digital resources, and educational technology.
• Contribute to the development of the library's collection and services, and participate in professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in library management, preferably in an academic or digital library setting.
• Strong knowledge of digital library systems, online databases, and other digital resources.
• Experience with library automation systems, such as Koha, Evergreen, or other open-source library software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and staff.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
