📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Authenticate and witness signatures on legal documents
• Maintain and update notarial records using specialized software such as NotaryPro or LegalDoc
• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and walk-in customers
• Ensure compliance with local and international notarial laws and regulations
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned by the notary public

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a notary clerk or in a related legal field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
