📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of agricultural seeds to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced tools and software such as SeedLab and SeedScan for accurate and detailed seed analysis.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and enforce quality control measures.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members on seed inspection procedures.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in seed inspection.
- Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
- Work closely with suppliers and distributors to maintain high standards of seed quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in seed inspection or a related role in the agricultural sector.
- Certification in seed inspection or a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using seed inspection tools and software.
