Join Seniman Coffee Studio, a pioneer in Indonesia’s specialty coffee scene, as a Brand Operations Specialist. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the backbone of our daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, strict adherence to SOPs, and exceptional customer experiences. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

As a Brand Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll use tools like QuickBooks for accounting, Trello for project management, and Google Workspace for communication and collaboration. With 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations or a related field, you’ll bring a strong background in customer service and a passion for specialty coffee.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily F&B operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to SOPs.
• Use QuickBooks for accounting, Trello for project management, and Google Workspace for communication and collaboration.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and products.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and professional service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in F&B operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations or a related field.
• Strong background in customer service and a passion for specialty coffee.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Trello, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista skills is a plus.
